Meet your coach

Aaron Bailey

Diagnosed with ADHD at a young age, Aaron turned his personal struggles into a professional mission. After earning a Child and Youth Worker diploma from St. Lawrence College, he supported students with ADHD, learning disabilities, and mental health challenges at Queen’s University’s Regional Assessment and Resource Centre. His passion led him to roles as an Educational Assistant and motivational speaker, founding ABtalks to share his journey. In 2021, he became a certified ADHD & Executive Life Coach, now using his personal and professional experience to help clients build resilience and thrive with ADHD.
