Aaron Bailey — ADHD Coach

Are you ready to start working with your ADHD instead of against it?

As an ADHD and Executive Life Coach, I work with people who are ready to remove the muck within their brain and gain clarity. ADHD affects us all differently and we each require our own self-directed strategies to help us thrive in life.

An ADHD coach can help you with:

  • Time-management

  • Organizational skills

  • Emotional regulation

  • Planning

  • Maintaining focus

  • …or whatever you need!

Meet your Coach

As a person who has ADHD (combination type), a learning disability (LD), generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) and mental health struggles, I understand the difficulty and frustration that is often part of the ADHD journey.

For the past decade, my passion has been working with youth who have ADHD, LD and mental health challenges. I like to inspire clients to see their unique strengths, to be seen for who they truly are, and feel like a valued asset in class, work, at home or in the community. In addition, about eight years ago, I decided to pursue motivational speaking. I talk to various audiences about my experience growing up with multiple disabilities and how perceived disadvantages can be turned into advantages.

I am a father to two beautiful daughters who challenge me daily to be the best version of myself. I love all things music, and because of my wonderful ADHD, play approximately 4 instruments: guitar, didgeridoo, harmonica, cajón, and counting! I thrive in the great outdoors where I feel centered while biking, skiing, hiking, canoeing, anything really!

I look forward to working with you as I continue on my own ADHD journey and follow my passion to meet and work with others who share the same unique brain structure.
